Troop 52

Boy Scouts of America Troop 52 is one of the oldest troops in the city and the only one in the Divine Redeemer neighborhood. Our current Scoutmaster is Xavier "Buddy" Vazquez, whose father, Xavier, Sr., started Troop 52 many years ago. Buddy continues his father's legacy with the help of Assistant Scoutmaster Wendell Russell. They bring years of experience and dedication to the troop and work hard to provide a positive example to the boys.

Troop 52 meets every Tuesday Night at the Xavier Vazquez Center from 6:30 PM to 8:00PM. Any boy from 11 to 18 years old can join. Parents are welcomed and encouraged to participate in all Boy Scout activities and even join the Boy Scout Committee which oversees all troop activities and events.
